The souffle vendor has some interesting messages on their blackboard: "We like small animals, so we only use vegan cream (?)." "Since sugar is too expensive, all orders will be made with half portion of sugar / 1/3 portion (?), please let us know ahead of time if you want full portion of sugar." These vendors are so upfront about everything and they give (honest) reasons behind their policies. 😅
