600 g (3 cup) of sugar
500 ml (2.5 cup) of water
Saffron threads
One-fourth tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp rose water
250 g (1 cup) of dhap khoya/ hariyali mawa
70 g (One-fourth cup) of paneer
One-fourth cup (4 tbsp) of refined flour
Garnish with pistachios
