The most honest part of the video: the trainer flat out saying that this was all carefully orchestrated by an entire team focusing on Jake’s needs, and NOT sustainable

Ive always respected Jake as an actor. He has always done whats needed to BE the part, not just act it. He truly is one of our times best method actors. To read the lines and play the part is one thing, but to totally transform your body with so much hard work is impressive. Kudos to one of fave actors.

The first scene whene he takes his top of was insane, absolute machine 👍
  • This guy has played everything a little boy can dream of soldiers, cops, robbers, mountaineers, boxers, mma fighters, Prince of Persia.😂 Great actor!

"Forearm strength also correlates heavily to longevity" Because active people tend to have strong forearms not because training forearms makes you live longer

I love watching these fitness trainer videos. Amazing to see how many exercises they can make up just to avoid doing normal standard lifts.

One of my Favourite actors. His Dedication is unreal

I feel like this movie was more for a paycheck and to get shredded. Such a run of the mill movie.

I think it is very helpful how they offer alternatives to the workouts that Jake does with expensive machines, and it shows that they realize how most people do not have access to much of the equipment that Jake uses.

Gotta love Jake's dedication and discipline. Not only bright lights that comes with this job, lots of discipline and sacrifice too.
  • @spunkycats
Just the determination on his face shows how much he wants and loves this. He is a man of his craft

I like the push pull one…I haven’t seen that before, and there is rarely a new move in the gym! Good work Jake!
