Waiting for the day when Malcolm Kendrick gets his due recognition in medical literature. In the meantime all we can do is buy and read his book and support him with small royalties to fight the battles that he has been burdened with. All superhero’s don’t wear capes.
  • Been on zero seed oil keto since summer 2023. I'm now off of BP meds and my readings are on average 115/63 with a resting pulse between 47/58. I'm 55. I now have muscle tone I haven't seen since my 20s and I feel so alive. The only downside - I've had to buy new clothes because of my healthy weight loss.

These oils are in all the ultra processed food. In the old days you had a bowl in the fridge with beef fat, it had jelly at the bottom which you gave to people who were ill. I now cook with ghee, butter or beef fat.
  • My doctor in the UK said to me he wanted me to take statins after a yearly medical and said I had slightly high cholesterol, he said you can change your diet but he does not think it will help and will take these statins for the rest of my life. I absolutely was not surprised as I've been following people like Dr Mason, Ken Berry etc for the past couple of years.

Absolutely outstanding. I have also read the book The Clot Thickens by Malcolm Kendrick great facts alround.
  • Can we please get two opposing sides, say Mason and Attia, to sit down together and discuss whether "high" LDL is associated with shorter life/health span or longer? Bring your data, take your time, and cover the topic in good faith. We need to actively deconstruct the echo chambers and confirmation bias that has been built around all things controversial.

I concluded similar this year. I've stopped consuming Olive oil and avocado oil. Mostly ghee for cooking but using some coconut. Didn't exactly feel right about that either. Mostly ghee now. Confirms my suspicion. My father died back in 93 and the only thought that came up is vegetable oil. Not carbs even though they eat lot of rice since they traditionally eat rice with minimal problems other than weight gain. The thing that changed with Indians is that switched over from traditional ghee for cooking to vegetable oils

Kudos and thanks to Dr Mason for bringing everything together and making it very clear, without needing to add barbs and insults, really liked his presentation. 😊👍👍👍

This is so WILD. It's like Neo waking up from the matrix levels of breaking the narrative. This is earthshifting information. And its still so heavily resisted. Awesome presentation and info here. Ive been carnivore for 7 months. I will never go back to food pyramid/plant based disease causing diets.
  • @Jchathe
What a truly excellent presentation. Doctor Mason just keeps getting better and better!
  • Tripping over the truth, again. Excellent and crystal clear explanation. Good book by Dr Kendrick.
  • @pelqel9893
Wow! What's sad is all the people who followed the corrupt protocol to replace their butter, lard, suet, and schmaltz with seed-oils and margerine (seed oils + trans fats) and later died.😢
  • @jamiereife5581
This is very important, and it makes me sad for personal reasons. My great grandmother died at 63, my grandmother and mother died at 62 and uncle at 63. All from heart attacks. I am 59.
  • @caahacky
Lectures like this leave me feeling like I have nowhere to go - except to only eat gravel fried in butter.
  • @Engrave.Danger
It's worth noting that calcium oxalate is one of the two main forms of calcium found in calcified atherosclerotic plaque, so plant compounds may be even more causative. To add to that thought, if US president Eisenhower smoked 2-3 packs a day and that contributed to his heart attacks, then plants/tobacco may have played a significant role in initiating the dietary alterations brought on by Ancel Keys.
  • @bettyhunder6146
I Could listen to Dr Mason all day . He explains so clear.x
  • Thank you Dr Mason - clear succinct description of new thinking around clotting. Yourself and Dr Kendrick deserve more exposure
