as a psychiatrist I think these findings have a profoundly life-changing potential on my field. So much research is coming out suggesting intestinal permeability and subsequent inflammation likely plays a causative role in depression, anhedonia, etc.
  • To all the vegans / vegetarians attacking this doctor, look at his results, and watch his other videos. But if you want to be closed minded and stick with your diet, by all means please do. Saves more beef for the rest of us.
  • Wow! A medical doctor who has taken it upon himself to research diet for the improvement of health rather than prescribe a 'big pharma' drug to miraculously make us 'better'. 100 years of ignoring the foods we eat, or what we don't eat, has brought the Western World to its knees with disastrous health impacts. So much incredible information in this lecture that I may have to watch it 50 times to get my head around it. Many thanks 🙂🙏🇦🇺

It's actually insane how all of the health problems I've been suffering from for years disappeared in the space of a few days of eating no plants. I had previously been following all the government/medical advice, eating huge amounts of wholegrains, beans, mostly plants, hardly any red meat. I ate no processed foods but loads and loads of foods that are very high in lectins and oxalates. I now realise that I had been damaging my entire body, and in particular, I was destroying my gut lining. L-Glutamine was a miracle cure for me, which led me to research the carnivore diet, and it solved all of my digestive, inflammatory, and auto-immune issues. It even cured my depression. It is a shame that the advice from governments and health professions is going in the opposite direction. I was convinced I was doing the right thing before.
  • Do u know for years I was pulling my hair out!! I wasn't hardly touching any sugar and I was exercising and no matter what I could not lose weight!! and I was told from a Dr you to eat 7 to 10 cups of vegetables a day and salads and moderate protein and plenty of healthy fats and I was told that I need to eat plenty of spinach big time and I watched this video and Noticed Dr Paul said is anybody on a low carb diet and eating plant based foods and not losing weight and I said to myself yes that's me so I did what he said I stop eating plant based foods omg! now the weight is just melting off me I will never touch plant based foods ever again the best thing that ever happened to me is coming across this video!! I had very mixed feelings about Dr. Gundry's Plant Paradox theory but Dr. Mason's science based explanation was extremely enlightening! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this extremely valuable information to the general public. So much effort goes on to coordinating the conferences, it is nothing short of altruistic to release the hard work at no cost. Free education, an amazing gift.

To the almost 300 people who gave a "thumbs down" response: what is your problem, specifically, with Dr. Mason's well-researched, evidence-based presentation? Asking for a friend.

I went nose to tail carnivore about 2 years ago, out of desperation. I was eating a shit ton of plants and vegetarian Fare, each year more and more. All I got was more sick and weak. Within 2 weeks of stopping consuming all plant matter, and eating nothing but beef, organs, bones, and connective tissue; I began to feel better and better. Chronic allergy and sinus issues/infections gone, sleep apnea gone, better libido, more stamina, way better dental health, and I also dropped 40 lbs!

When my wife got pregnant, I convinced her to go 95% carnivore. She's 35, I'm 50, and our boys(twins) are 2 and 95% carnivore. They are tall, strong, and healthy, despite all the odds of our ages, and doctor's warnings. One idiot warned us about the cholesterol in eggs. Seriously.

I almost had an endoscopy done for acid reflux and was on pantoprozole. I cut out all plants and now eat nothing but yogurt, eggs, red fatty meat, and animal products. All my reflux is gone and I feel amazing.
  • Love these lecturers. Wish there was a doctor as knowledgeable about autoimmune disease near me. Amazing.
  • I´m vegan but i do not neglect this information and i agree, many plant foods should be avoided and other have to be well prepared before consumption. It´s important to have an open mind in my opinion learn how to listen to our bodies and what foods we should avoid
  • @danschweri
