Looks great! Filmed really well. The plant could be Oleria phlogopappa - dusty daisy bush. But Pete says he couldn't see it very well.

Great Video Sal! That looks like an amazing spot. I love doing my own dehydrated meals and have found that weighing the food before and after drying gives me a rough idea of how much water I will need to re-hydrate. Keep up the great work.
