This is fantastic, your presentation style is so comfortable to listen to and the grooves are immaculate. Love to see you doing modular stuff.
-
This vid started a bit different and you seem refreshed, hope, life is good, Pz!
-
You have a nice style. It’s like back playing my parents organ and you hold down the “rock2” preset and the “samba1” preset at the same time then let one go and the rhythm kicks in different. I could do that all day.
-
Controlled randomness is the shit with modular, spot on
-
More modular!! Love this demo. Your modular vids were part of what got me to pull the first euro trigger early last year.
-
Ricky I love how you jumped right into the content!
-
nice to hear this gear pushing out some soul, great work Ricky.

@9:30 ...Every electronic musician has that moment that they create something so dope that they are no longer in control of themselves and become a dancer to their own music.
-
A delightful throwback to the small system videos. Congrats to years of inspiration, education, and JAAAAAAAAMS!
-
If only I had invested solely into Noise Engineering instead of the hodge podge system that I have now, I'd be so much happier with my modular.
-
This is so incredible! I've seen so many modular vids that weren't interesting to me. This one grabbed me right away. Stands out as being less experimental but so much more engaging than atmospheric dones/pads/etc. It's got a beat and bounce that makes you want to move!
-
Noise Engineering should pay you. I bought Mimetic digitalis and BIA after watvhing your video. Now I want this too.
-
Awesome! This is basically what I've been trying to turn my turing machine into. You could use a sample & hold to update the pitch only on trigger. The cool thing about modular is that you can often fix the shortcomings of a module with another module.
-
Last time I watched one of these, from you, I spent all my money! Haha. No regrets, but I am more careful now. Learning! Thank you!
-
It's modules like this that get me sidetracked from what I actually want to build my rack around. It seems like so much fun.
-
This module is great when combined with the digitakt 2 euclidean sequencers sending triggers through a midi to cv converter. You can generate a trigger pattern then commit it to the track and edit it which you can't do with eurorack sequencers like the turing machine or marbles.
-
Unbelievable timing! I was looking into something similar just now and this module might be what I need. Thanks Ricky
-
Digitakt and the modular setup - it‘s gonna be a good one…
-
Dope stuff. I am doing a similar thing with CVilization in mode 3 .. it has a normaled noise to the CV recorder and quantizer. I just dice until it clicks and then let it evolve by itself
-
Definitely reminds me of what the Bastl SoftPop 2 can do, but this setup gives you even more granular control. Very cool
