Explanation: This quote reminds us that challenges and difficulties are not separate from our path of self-transcendence but an integral part of it. Self-transcendence involves embracing and learning from the obstacles we encounter. Rather than resisting or avoiding them, we can see them as opportunities for growth, resilience, and self-discovery.


Actionable item: Identify a current obstacle or challenge in your life. Instead of viewing it as a hindrance, explore ways to approach it with curiosity and a growth mindset. Seek lessons, strengths, or new perspectives that can be gained from navigating the obstacle.

Journaling prompt: Describe a recent challenge you faced and the lessons or insights you gained from it. How did you transcend the obstacle and grow as a result? What strategies or mindset shifts can you employ to view future obstacles as part of your self-transcendence journey?

    I believe the obstacle is the path refers to understanding that whenever we avoid difficulty; we wind up jumping on the wrong path. By switching course, we actually hinder ourselves remaining stagnant and stuck. Little by little, we are putting ourselves in a position where we stubborn ourselves to stop learning and growing. If we follow the path, through all it’s good, bad, and indifferent and stay the course, we will learn each day what we need to reach true peace and understanding, transcending all basic understanding into beauty and true learning.

    sometimes i wake up dreaming about some fear i have about certain situations. I usually just block it out of my mind as fast as i can because it is not fun, but now i explore the fear and realize i can frame it differently and getting past in this way is a very good thing, cheers

    Jai Sri Rama. Toss up a small stone into the air. It comes back to its source, the ground, with effortless ease. Gravitational attraction, one of the innumerable Laws of Nature. Transcendence is also such a natural phenomenon discovered and named. Awareness is the nature of conscience, a functional aspect of Consciousness. Other forms are, wakeful, dreams and sleep though active with forgotten dreams. Life is thoughts shaped into activities resulting in emotions. Consciousness, the source of thoughts is accessible to TM to trim emotions. Jai Sri Rama.

I really do appreciate your work that you put into these videos, for free we get all this amazing things to better help us, I've researched and down different types of meditation but this type seems to be the one that is the easiest to ground myself into and gets me feeling possible at the end. It's simple yet powerful

    I tend to struggle with stressing over things that are beyond my control- your sessions help me to remember that it is important not to stress over those things, to breathe & everything will eventually fall into place, as it should & always does...thank you for reminding me of this
