Power Pilates I This 5 min Pilates workout will improve your balance and tone the entire body

This 5 minute Low Impact HIIT Style Power Pilates workout will get your heart rate up, burn calories, tighten and tone the entire body and improve your posture and balance through strong powerful pilates compound movements and require no equipment, is apartment friendly and can be done at home (modifications are shown too).

Be prepared to sweat while we tackle this 5 minute powerful Cardio and Strength Pilates challenge. Each exercise we will perform for one minute with no rest.

You don't need any equipment and I will show modifications along the way. For a longer workout do this video 2-3 times or check out other workouts on my channel. With the commitment to effective movement and a healthy diet (Check out my cooking videos!) you will see changes. Lets do this!

Exercises:
1. Plie squat and reach
2. Rear lunge and one leg deadlift
3. Knee lifts and heel lifts
4. Inchworms
5. Bear style donkey kicks
