ranking Toy Story movies and shorts cus i was sick for 2 weeks

if Buzz’s arm broke off when he hit the floor then why does he survive what happened in the carnival.

i’d say my one gripe with lightyear is it looks too new for it to be the movie andy watched in 1998 or whatever (and i love zurg’s design but it doesn’t look like the toy), but a fun headcanon i saw that makes it make sense is that it’s a remake of the movie andy saw that he could now see with his own kids

The concept art with Andy and his toys watching Lightyear in theaters is messing with my brain. First of all, wouldn’t Woody, Rex, and Hamm have recognized Toy Buzz from his movie counterpart and used it to roast Toy Buzz? Second, I thought Andy didn’t have any Little Green Men until after he got Buzz and went to Pizza Planet. Anyway, I would choose the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command cartoon over Lightyear any day. It would make more sense for a 6-9 year old boy to want a toy based on a cheesy, pastiche Saturday Morning cartoon with funny archetype characters and zany plots over a generic sci-fi space film with bland human side characters.

I'd switch Lightyear and Star command's places but overall, yeah strong list! 1 and 3 are constantly fighting in my mind for the first place and which one lands on it heavily depends on how i feel in that moment, it's weird. Definitely going to watch Toy Story Treats, super missed those one.

I'd personally put Lightyear over 4 & Star Command over Hawaii, other than that I agree with this ranking.

Yes finally a Toy Story ranking. I do like this movie! I remember watching Toy Story 4 long problems review about a problem the movie.

Putting Lightyear above Toy Story 4 feels wrong. I get your opinion on 4, I still like 4, but I get it. Lightyear I don’t get at all. Also 2 is easily the best one. Good video by the way.

I’m may be just kinda bad at critiquing the media I consume (I usually like whatever I watch), but I liked Toy Story 4 quite a bit. I like them all tho. Tho the only personality thing I dislike is Buzz being dumb. He was just dumb in this movie. Woody and Jessie relapsing, Woody missing Andy when Bonnie stopped playing with him for a while and Jessie fearing enclosed spaces again isn’t necessarily unrealistic. Sometimes you just miss someone who was so important in your life, even if you know it’s over. And just bc you, say, are an adult and aren’t as scared of the dark anymore doesn’t mean you won’t sometimes feel an ominous dread in the middle of the night, not wanting to open your eyes, or when you have to venture into a dark room at work.

I love this video so much; I like when you ranked Toy Story franchies, shorts, and spin off (I saw Lightyear with my fam which was okay); I have seen all 4 movies so here is my ranking: 1. Toy Story 2 (Jessie Backstory made me cryied) 2. Toy Story 3 (That made me cryied at the end) 3. Toy Story (Sid scare me when I was young) 4. Toy Story 4 (The movie was focusing on Woody instead the others; but I ship Woody and Bo Peep so much) 5. Hawaii Vacation (the last I saw Ken and Barbie) 6. The Land Forgoten (I always watch it Christmas Day) 7. Small Fry (Thats very confusing because the tiny Buzz) 8. Partysaurus Rex (Rex almost flooded the whole house) 9. Terror Time (That short scare me alot because the lost toy) 10. Lamp Life (I think we dont need Bo backstory) 11. Lightyear (I did enjoy it; but my older brother ruin it and didnt wanted to watch but he force his self to watch it) I haven't not seen Ask Forky and Popcorn Short That's my ranking 😊

Yes, I watched Star Command on VHS as a kid. Would love to on D+.. but.. it doesn't exist to them. Funny (but not funny haha) how that movie and show is treated the same as the Song of the South by Disney.

I'm scared for Toy story 5. TS 4 was ok but we DON'T need more. I would rather saw Elio, a new and original movie than another sequel. I'm sure this film will be like Luca; not amazing but not boring either. A fun adventure in space that i will probably rewatch 2-3 times 🙂

Here's my ranking: 15, 14, 13, 12, & 11: Forky, Popcorn, Treats, Hawaiian Vacation, and Star Command. I'm not interested in seeing Forky or Popcorn and sadly I can't find Star Command anywhere :( so I can't really rank these 5 10. Toy Story 4 Look how they massacred my toy... 9. Lamp Life Meh. I guess it's better than Toy Story 4? 8. Toy Story Tots I don't know why but I don't really remember liking this one. I thought Lil Buzz was kind of annoying. 7. Lightyear It's sorta OK until it gets to Zurg at which point it plummets down to just barely watchable territory 6. Partysaurus Rex I've always had a soft spot for this one, I dunno why. Maybe it's cause Rex was always one of my favorite characters. 5. Toy Story of Terror Pretty nice, but I kinda lose interest after the monster's revealed. I do like Jessie's character arc and the Al cameo though. 4. Toy Story 3 It's pretty good! I like Lotso as a villain and the story and message are good. 3. Toy Story Not much to say here, it's the OG. However, Sid's dog gave me Nightmares. 2. Toy Story That Time Forgot I feel like I love this one way too much, but I can't help it. It's a favorite of mine! 1. Toy Story 2 Great plot, fantastic characters, our lord and savior AL!? What else is there to say? Perfect 10/10 P.S I would've preferred an Al spin-off over Lightyear ANY DAY!
