I use the Celsius packets and add to my water. I can spread 1 packet out over 6 bottles of water. It has really helped me drink more water.

I've been drinking Celsius for about 2 years now replacing soda & ice tea daily & lost on average 35 lbs. Tho after getting covid then long covid nothing at all gives me any energy! I'm taking vitamin D with K2, B vitamins & magnesium trionate @ night & using my CPAP, thyroid levels ok, will soon be checking my testosterone levels. Great info on your other videos Dr!

I enjoy these and drink two, maybe three a day. Usually, throughout the day, a number of hours apart, very cold. I am on a no sugar, keto-ish diet and go to the gym regularly. Until something better comes along Celcius with be part of my go-to.
  • Just had one, one of the best drink in the world Luv it 😊

What do you think about the 1000%dv biotin that it says on the nutrition facts? Is that something I should be concern about?
