She needs to keep in mind with the wheel chair ramp if a person who is in the wheelchair buys it , the rest of the house needs to have handicap accessible aspects like a roll in shower and open doors ! This adds a whole new group of buyers !

Wow, what a beautiful large home. I would love it. I love the floors throughout. I'd definitely put in a large walk-in shower instead of the tub, in the master bathroom. A man might prefer for sure. I know my husband would. Anyone with mobility issues would prefer it. I couldn't crawl in and out of the tub if i wanted to. This is going to be so nice.

Nice double wide. If she's reselling, I definitely would not make a specific style, like rustic farmhouse. Wood beam trim is rustic. Stay with plain designs. Some people don't like that style. It can make or break a sale. Good luck.

I’m excited to watch. I live in a 2004 mobile home so I love watching mobile home update videos for ideas. That’s actually how I found your channel when you were doing your Aunt & Unlcle’s, and your parents’ homes. I’m not gonna be doing any big projects anytime soon but maybe I’ll still get some ideas of little things I can do without spending a lot. 😅🤞🏻

5:48 so I had a double almost identical to this one. The master bedroom in mine had a wall where you could put double doors there at the back, or leave them without and it was called a retreat room. It had a window on both walls though. And that same width carried on into the bathroom and the bathroom section was a huge walk-in closet. It’s so weird how similar, yet different it was. Like my kitchen was setup completely different. And had way more windows than that one. It’s the reason I got it was for the natural light and the space. ❤

My bedroom is the same size as the master bedroom in the double wide. I love having such a large bedroom.
