    Thank for your kind review.
  • As a Marylander, I find it appalling that no cities in the two richest predominately Black counties in the country (Charles and Prince George's) were mentioned. The demographics, income, housing costs, and low unemployment rates are comparable to many of the cities on this list.

Rockville, Garret Park, and North Potomac are the same. I'm surprised that North Bethesda isn't included. And who doesn't want pictures of strip malls when picking a place to live?

Given how Maryland has “evolved” I heartily recommend southern Virginia as the place as close to Maryland, as it is today, as any rational person needs to be.

Been in maryland 40 years. Its a very stressful state, every county is very different in its look and economy. Two terrible metropolitan areas and some of the most expensive counties in the entire country. It has some good areas but every state does, saying that doesn't mean much as its a low bar to cross.

Mr. Robot has a hard time with housing prices in Annapolis and can't pronounce La Plata. Sorry, I stopped watching at that point.
