There are soooooo many walking videos on youtube. And without exception everybody has results, they do different things with diet, different amounts of walking but they all have results and this is what's giving me hope that this will work for me. I'm on day 3 of walking more, thank you for your video.

You absolutely inspired me. I started with walking and I do an exercise walking video (30 minutes) for weight loss every day. In 2 months I lost 10 lbs. I’m going to add the 3-4 day workout at the gym this next month. I’m 61 and my knees are not what they were, so I can’t overdo it. You inspired me so much! It’s the 1st time I have lost any weight in probably 8 years. Thank you! You are crushing it!❤️

Walking and working out are loyal friends. When you are ready to get back to it, they are always there! Great job! 💪

No clue how old you are, just found your walking videos today, but halfway through this one your skin looks so much healthier and even younger. Crazy what waking out the toxins does to our skin! I'm 39 and started walking on a treadmill that didn't have incline at the beginning of this month BC I've been consistently extreme sedentary for as far back at my smart watch goes. I have arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my lower back and was diagnosed in my early 20s. I realized I needed to start being more active consistently in a place i feel safe, like home, BC walking outside alone scares me in case my hips or back freak out and then I struggle to get back. Not opposed to it once in awhile when I feel good but when you're in pain all the time you're more cautious and I know that that cautiousness (autocorrect says that's a word so I'll go with it) has allowed me to be more sedentary and that has made my sleep worse, my joints more stiff, my anxiety worse (I'm on disability for PTSD so you can imagine what laying around thinking can cause), and it's only been about 2 weeks but it's so fun to see the numbers in my phone with the up arrow for more active minutes, getting in 6-10k steps a day instead of 2-4k! My resting heart rate has gone up a few points but it's still where it should be but my LOW heart rate has also increased which is great BC I have plenty of data where the low was 2 beats a minute, and it was 12-14 hours after I had taken any meds! So now being in the high 40's low 50s at this range time of day is far less concerning! Anyway sorry for going off about myself, just wanted to say you look so much healthier and younger than in the first video!

Taking care of yourself is so important. Women tend to take care of everyone else first and neglect ourselves! So proud of you!

Awesome results! Your 30 min walking challenge inspired me. I had intended to do it end of September/October. Sadly, I got a piece of glass in my foot and that derailed most of October for walking any more than necessary. But since November 1st I have gotten a 20 -30 minute walk in 6/10 days, which is amazing considering I'm usually at a 0/10.😂
  • Whoohoo! Thanks for the inspiration! Thanks for keepin' it real. Ive been planning my 1st 30 day challenge for a few days. Blast off is tomorrow!! Yea!!!❤ i enjoy all your videos! Usually watch them twice. Keep them coming. Just random info for you---I'm a veteran kindergarten teacher!!
