Thank you very much for the interesting AD video. I have one comment about the service account. Microsoft recommends using Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSA). These have the advantage that the password is managed by Windows and is quite long and you can define the rhythm in which the password should be changed. There are two problems with an AD account as a service user: 1. the password for an AD account is rather insecure (usually only a few characters long). 2. if the password of the AD account is changed, the password must be changed everywhere where the AD account is used as a service user. This is not necessary with a gMSA. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.

Thanks for these videos. I'm in helpdesk but the company uses a different cloud Ad system so I don't have exposure to the default AD. Also really enjoy the practical videos! I understand the what , but sometimes need to see the how, for it to click.
  • nice thanks for your sacrifices for all of us and thanks for englishing us
  • These videos are much better than the IT diploma course which I did. Assessments given were lengthy Theoretical questions answers. There was zero practical knowledge. I am learning a lot through watching these videos. Appreciate your hard work @EastCharmer
