A family bought their dream Riverside home more than a year ago… but the seller refused to leave. Tracie and Myles Albert were faced with a big challenge, as they couldn’t get into the property they paid home. But now things have changed… and the Alberts are finally moving in. They're lucky the house wasn't trashed as bad as many are
  • @MrDodgeboy
Laws need to be changed in cases like this. Take him to court and make them pay for the months they lived in the house after the got paid. Glad your finally in your home.

This is one of those situations where you and a group of friends show up in black masks, knock them out, drive them into another state and dump them in the middle of nowhere.
  • I just don't get how he sold the house, it closed and this guy refused to leave and the Law protected him?! Happy the new owner finally has possession.
  • @a.l9313
Honestly, the house is in good shape. Glad they finally got those people out.

I've been going thru this for almost 2 years here in Oregon. The laws in Oregon protect the renters more than the land owner.
  • @dinahkruppa913
This makes me realize that we need laws that don't allow this to happen to people who buy a house.
  • So glad they got their home! Please sue them! Sue the county for not helping out in this matter. That family was not harmed by the covid pandemic, they just wanted to stay rent free because they found a loop in the system.

Something similar happened to us when we bought some property but the owner wouldn't hand over the deed. It took a year in court, and paying the man's liens we didn't know about, before we finally got title to the property. During the interval the man stole a big greenhouse and 2 trucks from the property that were included in the sale. After it was all over we were so sickened that we decided to sell the land. Glad to see these people finally in the home they paid for. Some people think they can take your money and get away with it.

It made my blood boil to think that someone could actually do this and get away with it

They should stop referring to him as "The Squatter" and release his full name. He deserves to be exposed for his shameful callous fraud
  • All that stuff the reporter showed in the kitchen counter made me laugh! This house looks amazing compared to the condition renters left my property.
  • @RJ_331
This is just insane that the courts let this happen
  • @cheriefrank5402
Praying someone sets up a go fund me for the OWNERS They deserve peace and rest💕🙏💕
  • @delisedavis8352
The whole country was talking about this, I am so happy they are finally in.
  • This is insane...squatters should have no rights to anything, period! Why aren't they arrested and thrown in jail?
  • @rogersmith3295
How does the law about covid apply to them when it's literally not their house anymore. That should only apply to people not able to make rent or mortgage not people literally stealing from someone. They chose to leave. This took way to long. They need to make those laws more specific so scum bags can't take advantage of it.

“A gardening tool, some other tools let’s behind, padlock” And some hangers. 😂 lol those people actually got lucky with that “mess” left. It could have been way worse.
