$100 refund for a $400 ticket? Highway robbery right there.

The world is always just one computer glitch away from total meltdown. Gotta love living in the tech age.

These airlines will refuse to give refunds, and pay a fee to the FAA because it will be cheaper overall. Will end up being a class action lawsuit that will take years to resolve.

It was either getting stranded at an airport or being up in the air when radar went down. Keep things in perspective people.

When that woman is in a hurricane zone. Does she want to talk the manager about all the wind and rain she’s experiencing because she’s a ‘good customer’?

I see this a lot as a software developer. Unrealistic deadlines and poor management decisions despite developers saying it's not ready yet.

This is not an update!! We were completely down in ALL COMMUNICATIONS in the Heartland!! Please😂😂😂

LMAO Alligiant Airlines and there is your problem honey! They can't recover like a major airline. When you fly a low cost airline this is the gamble. Frontier is the same.
-
At least give people back their refunds....this is wild
-
This looks like a nightmare

Lol yelling at the guy behind the counter because of a global outage in the software. New level Karen

This is a total mess..so much of man power is required to fix the each and every system which is broken.. No automation , no remote code can now resolve the issue.. Manually each and every work station or server need to be fixed manually or just roll back snapshot ... But it is a mess , total mess .. people are suffering
