When a house no longer feels like home, homeowners are left with a big financial and emotional question: renovate or sell it? Love It or List It helps fed-up homeowners decide. In each hour-long episode Realtor David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr compete for the homeowners' final decision to stay or go. David's insider perspective on the real estate market helps target listings to prospective buyers, but Hilary is determined to show homeowners that, within their budget, she can transform their worn-out house into a castle they can love. If the owners decide to list it, Hilary's hard work adds to the home's resale value. It's a tough decision either way. Which choice would you make?

I cannot believe that 3300 feet is not enough for four people! What kind of a world we live in?!
-
Hilary did an amazing job, she utilized the spaces splendidly and the designs are so beautiful, the husband is so sweet, willing to spend any amount to make his wife happy
-
"It seemed huge". Yeah lady, it IS huge. 3,300 square feet is a lot of living space. Maybe do some basic housekeeping and decluttering. First world, entitled people problems.
-
My thought B4 the Intro ended is the Girls are not too far off going off to College.
-
Rich people problem- but salute to Hilary for always bringing her A game - love the design ❤

This house is more than ample for 4 people. Clean up/declutter and learn a bit about furniture placement. Such princesses! Dad is the one with any logic.
I'd do whatever it took to not have to move, which I loathe. It's a stress that takes about a year to get over, like a new job, losing a loved one, or having a baby. -
Wow, that woman was whining SO much about the existing house and what it really needed was for them all to grow up and learn how to properly organize and purge their excessive amount of stuff.
-
House was quite good you just don't to how to organised,🙂

He’s willing to spend $150k to give his wife the house of her dreams and she pitches a hissy fit. If it weren’t for the kids I’d say divorce the shrew and marry me—I can be happy with a lot less!

-
Some homes just need decluttering
-
Hilary did such a great job on that house!
-
I always think it is a crime to have Hillary in your house and not have her do the main kitchen living room where you spend all your time! Reno was great
