On July 18th, the Supreme Court heard the matter related to NEET UG. Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta how much revenue the government generates through NEET. The Solicitor General responded, "Approximately 400 crore rupees, out of which 300 crore rupees are spent." The CJI then remarked, "And you've entrusted the responsibility of transporting the question papers to a private courier company?"

सरकार को नीट जैसे बिजनेस से होने वाली इनकम पर ध्यान देना चाहिए, इमानदार अधिकारी नियुक्त करें जो चार सौ करोड़ में से कम से कम दो सौ करोड़ बचाएं। गरीब बच्चों का धन है राजहित में खर्च हो,न की इधर उधर उड़ा दिया जाएं।

कोई माय लार्ड को यह बात बता देना चाहिए के किसके कारण हो रहा है. Medical admission के लिए पुरे देश मे एक ही exam हो यह किसका descion था? ईतने बडे देश मे इतने बडे पैमाने पर बिना किसी गडबडी ऐसी परिक्षा करवाना practically संभव है.?? वो भी NTA जैसी संस्था के अधिन रहते . !!! NTA ना चुनाव आयोग है ना ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट. NTA के पास ना तो इतनी power है ना ही स्वायत्तता. Neet जैसी व्यापक परिक्षा केंद्र मे बैठी एक संस्था बिना राज्य सरकारो के साहायता के कैसे संभव है. वैसे भी 15%और 85% के कोटे मे सिटो का बटवारा रखना है एक परिक्षा कि तुक नही बनती. उससे तो अच्छा है कि state कोटा के लिए राज्य अपनी अपनी स्वतंत्र परिक्षा ले और central कोटा के लिए NTA.
