Always look forward to these interviews with Shi Heng Yi. Ive been reading and practicing more mindfulness, its helped me fight a life long depression I thought would be with me until I die, now I see the world in a new light.

You demonstrate great wisdom in gradually handing your temple (child) to the next generation and hopefully they will do the same in time and perpetuity. Good afternoon Mulligan Brothers and Shi Heng Yi Again forever grateful for you guys over passing few years. After a long difficult and fruitful journey I am currently in process of leaving my current professional life behind. After two decades of mental health nursing I now know I can't change our health care delivery practices/fight the fire, so to speak. Whilst remaining in my current workplace/burning building. Not sure what challenges will come of this big multi-faceted life change, however from your teachings over the years I can say with confidence it's OK. Story short. Thank you for sharing your work. 💜
