Metabolic & Tsunderella

Since a lot of people seem to be confused on this, I'll explain. "Metabolic" is referring to Metabolic Syndrome which is basically a group of risk factors that occur together and increase the risk for coronary artery disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes. So they're making a reference to the stereotype of America being fat and constantly on the verge of getting these diseases. "Tsunderella" should be a no brainer here if you watch some anime. But if you don't get it - England's character is portrayed as "tsundere", which is a character type in Japan. This character type is of a person who may be aggressive and even an asshole at first, but do soften up and show a deep meaning as the series/ manga series goes on. The title is a twist on Romeo and Cinderella, one of my miku favourites. Go usuk!
