Just got through your Framework stream VOD the other day, and I'm greatly appreciating this type of content as I anxiously await my FW Laptop this coming month. Thanks for all that you're doing!
-
a gaming benchmark would be awesome too
-
I'm actually excited for this company and what they are bringing out 🏅framework FTW👽 thanks for sharing
-
Appreciate the update after watching your stream with all of its info. Thank you
-
That is great news. Now I don't have to worry about not having a GPU inside the laptop.
-
more video about frame work
-
Would like to see some benchmarks just to see how it impacts the performance of the framework :)
-
thank you for posting this

I'd be interesting to know if this also works on Linux, I use a thunderbolt 3 dock with my thinkpad and it works fine I'd like to be able to do the same if I get a framework at some point.

Are you going to try gaming on it? I've heard the stock screen's refresh rate isn't great, but if it can game decently when plugged in that would be both hilarious and awesome.

That's a neat setup my dude. Just a question, are these enclosures upgradables when a better card comes out?
-
you tested it with thunderbolt 3 stuff but since it's an 11th gen CPU, it would mean it supports TB4 right?
-
Congrats on 5k☺️
-
Just curious about what model monitor that is that you are running with this setup. Looking into getting a setup like this started. Thank!
-
cant wait until mine comes in
-
sweet brah

Out of curiosity - can you just plug the Type C/TB cable into the port directly in the motherboard without the dummny USB C adapter?
-
Mind blowing
-
I wonder if they don't list thunderbolt support because they'd have to pay intel for the certification or something.
-
Is it possible to connect the cable directly skipping the module?
