  • I searched morning yin yoga in the youtube engine and this was what I clicked on. This was the first yin yoga I've ever done, and it reminds me so much of curling up under a blanket and taking a break from the world for several hours even though it's a 30minute class where I'm stretched out on a mat. I looked for an instructor who came off as a mother-figure years ago, and I find I"m too old for that on most days. A person's never too old for a sister or friend. Even though we don't know each other at all, this was a great relief for more than just the yoga. I'm hooked. I'm going to be slowly working my way through your other videos, and keeping an eye out for new ones.
