  • Great review Schlee. I really enjoy this main. Its great for a vegetarian menu. Glad you enjoyed it. That British spoon is awful.

Great review! Thank you for the mention! I loved this menu!
  • @deliciousMRE
Great review ! In my opinion the Indian cuisine dishes are the best in the UK rations
  • Awesome review I've actually never had Indian food I love chickpeas and mostly love them as humus Mike is a really great person he's very generous and his reviews are amazing 👍

Hi Schlee , as an ex british soldier I really enjoyed watching this . The Indian dishes are great and the legendary british army spork is just the best 👌... many a time I forgot my shovel and used the spork to dig a trench 😉😂🤣... Nice review, already looking forward to your next video. Waiting for your opinion on the French RCIR .... anyway, have a nice weekend and best regards from a brit living in Germany...
  • As always great review! Until your videos I had never seen an MRE review video. It intrigued me because I have a large military family and know what MREs are, but never knew people reviewed them. Do you have a video about how you got started and how your interest in MREs started ? How you get them ? If not, would you consider making a video like that ?

Nice one Schlee! I'll remember your dislike of mangos for future reference...as to the "mango powder" in the curry it's probably amchur which is a dried mango powder that is used to add a tang or sourness to dishes without adding liquid ( like vinegar or lemon juice). I'm glad you liked the ration and look forward to your upcoming reviews Cheers!

You are the best!!! That spoon doubles as a snow shovel in an emergency situation. That reusable ziplock bag could be a game changer if you get a lingering rain. A couple pairs of dry socks could go a long way to boost moral.
  • Most of the foreign rations do not go overboard on the artificial colors in the drink mixes which is a good thing. In general I like the foreign rations more than ours after eating rations from all over the world. Another solid review which I am really liking.

I haven't tried this menu, looks great and I really like Indian food. Brits have a few Indian options, not many here in US. Well done review Ash.

As someone that has eaten a fair amount of UK rations over the years , the spoon is a strange one, i always (when I served) had a spork attached to my jacket (BDU in US speak!) and never used the issued one , also never had the single meal rations only ever the 24 hrs ones or the 10 person versions. Good review
  • @RUSTYSURPLUS
Thanks Schlee the Brits did ok on this one THX RUSTY
  • Tea and biscuits, we Brits are very civilised. We do like our plentiful drinks in our ration packs.
  • Great review….. I don’t think I would have liked that one at all though LOL

The spoon is big so that you can eat out of the ration pack directly
