  • I don't know how I found you, but you've changed my life in two weeks. Last year, I hit rock bottom. I was skirting the edge of a mental breakdown. Tearful outbursts, extreme anger, severe panic attacks. I couldn't see a way for anything to get better, even with the help of counseling, psychiatry, and meds. I was spiraling. (I’m 24 but he passed on when I was 22) and it was the most traumatic event I could experience.     wow literally woke up to a nice, warm feeling and a geniuine involuntary/spontaneous thought that said "i love myself" I could even visualize the words. And the feeling with the phrase stayed there for a while, they did not disappear immediately like it happenes when I consciously try to do that myself (because I immediately think pls stop it's cringe)

    Careful guys, this one is powerful. I kept going in and out of consciousness in between really weird dreams that felt so real that when i’d actually wake up i didn’t know what was real for a while. All that in the span of an hour. Had to close the video because i needed a good night’s sleep yesterday. The things i dreamt about suggest i had been processing some of my past negative experiences so it definitely works 👍
