I literally just voted for this in the community tab...Psych2Go really said "your wish is my command"

Negative thinking is sooo hard to overcome when you've been at it for almost your whole life. Also we set the bar low for ourselves so that we won't get dissapointed once we didn't meet our expectations
  • @ohiesi3666
its easy to be confident if you're not ugly, racially judged or having un-supportive people around you... since i go through this, i've decided to start to gain confidence slowly, not for anyone, but for me. so to anyone reading this, it doesnt matter if you're ugly or have bad people around you, just know to keep up ur confidence, and you will shine one day.

Anxiety is a real thing. Ive been comparing myself to others too much recently and it's had a real tough impact on my mental health. If anything, I would advise people to start meditation because it's certainly helped me

Habits that are destroying your confidence: 1. You care too much about what other people think (0:46) 2. Negative thinking (1:17) 3. Social media living (2:02) 4. Self-deprecating talk (2:37) 5. The blame game is your favorite sport (3:09) 6. You set the bar low for yourself (3:46) 7. Thinking that you don't have anything to add (4:14) 8. You dismiss compliments (4:53) 9. Ruminating (5:25) I have all of them, especially 1, 2, 7 and 8 :( But I also was worse in many of them, and I'm happy I could make a progress :)

"Humility is not thinking less of yourself, but it's thinking of yourself less." To the 1% that are reading this have a nice day or night 💖💖

To be honest, your videos are the answers for my silent inquisitions. I can't get the confidence since I ruminate the bad things in the past, that I'll not be able to change even if I struggle hard. And this video helps me to just realize what I should be doing. You guys are just blessings in disguise to me! 🙂

I’ve struggled with low self esteem for so long, but since I made the choice that I had to change that. My perspective about myself had been better. I love who I have become, and watching this video made me realize how much I changed. That’s a victory for me

"Humility is not thinking less of yourself. But it's thinking of yourself less." I really needed a quote like this, since I confuse humility with self-deprecation...

"why dont you tend to get involved in conversations at work or social events?" BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS IGNORES ME-
  • Videos of this channel do help me overcome my bad moods, negative thoughts and lack of energy to take control over my mind. I often struggle with lack of confidence, overthinking and anxiety, so when I hear this comforting voice which says me that everything is changeable and can be improved it really warms me up. Thank you a lot💛 You saved me💫💕

Thank you for this video, I have a volleyball tournament this Saturday and normally I play on my school’s B team but for the tournament I will be playing on A team. I wasn’t feeling very confident in my skills but this video helped me confront my negative thinking and self-doubt. Thank you, and to whoever is reading this, ily ❤

1 habit that is very addictive is staying on the phone because you can't let go.
