Carrot muffin (TIP: Quick bread!!)

*[Based on measurement: Cup (based on paper cups / 180 ml), 1 spoon (rice spoon) = 1/2 Tsp, 1 Tsp = 15 g, 1t = 5 g]
*Use xylose sugar

[Ingredients] 6 small muffins.

- Carrot 140-150g.
Two eggs.
90g of oil.
140g of gravity.
1g of salt
90g of sugar.
4-5 drops of vanilla extract.
3g of baking powder.
2g of cinnamon powder.
-Nuts + a handful of dried fruits (40g)

[How to cook]

1. Change the carrots. (Grater, chopping knife, okay)
2. Pour hot water into a big bowl and put another bowl.
3. Add sugar and eggs and mix them with sugar.
Melt it well. (2 minutes at low speed, 2 minutes at high speed)
4. Add oil and mix it.
5. Sieve flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder in order.
6. Gently cut it with a spatula and mix it roughly so that the powder is not visible (to prevent egg bubbles from dying).
7. Add ground carrots, nuts, and mix them lightly.
8. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Instead of carrots, it's really good if you put sweet potatoes or Dean pumpkin in this recipe.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
