Guided Body Scan Relaxation for Deep Sleep Meditation. This body scan meditation is designed to produce a state of total body relaxation to induce restful sleep for your body and mind. This is a great meditation to reduce stress and manage anxiety. You can use this progressive muscle relaxation meditation during the day to help you to reduce stress and anxiety and to take an afternoon nap or you may use it in the evening to help you sleep.   • Why put ads in the middle of a meditation? Ruins any benefit. Less than five minutes in and you’re startled by an abrupt break to a loud advertisement. Shame

    I had to listen to this 4 times in a row last night (I wish YouTube had a repeat feature) because of my insomnia and it's impossible to find an hour-long body scan. But I have to say - I really appreciate how you jump right in at the beginning and there's no waiting. Just instantly scanning. And I love the way you speak.. very normal without the creepy, frothy, cloying way of speaking that so many other guides tend to have. Would you ever consider making a longer one?

  • Is there a way to disable ads that come on at the end of this? I listened to this falling asleep but at the very end a loud ad came on and woke me back up. YouTube has gotten worse with ads. This happened on a couple other deep sleep body scans I listen to. The author of another thought I had my autoplay left on to go to the next video but I have this turned off, so it definitely was the end of this video.
