Awesome episode! Bas is yet another example of the fighter that has far more inside than people realize. How does that old saying go? "It is far better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in a war." The best years of my life were falling out of aircraft and getting shot at, and when that ended I needed to find something else, and philosophy/cooking did it for me. Something just so primal about meat, veggies, fire, mixed and cooked well that is beyond satisfying. You and Guga make a great team, fellow fighters who share a love of good cuisine.

Wow, this is such a cool fusion video from two of my favorite content creators. Guga is normally the alpha in his group. I find it interesting to see him showing complete and total respect to Bas at all times. Bas commands so much respect. It is also cool to see someone who might not know Bas's life and history as much as some of us. I wish you would have spoken more about the prayer you do in the morning. I find myself wanting to see this turn into a martial arts training session, maybe have Bas teach Guga some moves. This must have been a really fun time! You are truly blessed to be able to fly to Miami just to cook a steak.

Hey Bas, just wanted to thank you for the work and message you put out- I've been using your O2 trainer and am now moving down another disc because I kept at it and got a lot out of your technique- and this weekend will mark a year sobriety for me as well, and I am enjoying the cold showers- things really do get better when you keep at it and lean into the hard things- thank you for your tremendous work and encouragement.
