A dreamy house playlist combined with beta wave isochronic tones and amplitude entrainment effects (Turtle mix). Designed to produce a deep focus mental state while studying or working. Part of my peak focus for complex tasks isochronic tones series.

Use this track when working on advanced and complicated topics like coding/programming, mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any complex mental activity.

Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect when compared to binaural beats or traditional music.

What is this?

This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.

How is this session constructed?

The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to the 18Hz range by the 6-minute mark. The isochronic tones frequency then randomly fluctuates between 17.5-18.5Hz to help prevent habituation. This stops you from getting too used to the same frequency when using the track regularly over time. Once the track gets to the final 5 minutes it ramps back down to 10Hz again. You can see an image showing how the session is constructed at the beginning of the video.

How to use it?

Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.

Headphones are NOT required

Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.

When to listen?

Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.

How loud should the volume be?

The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjusting it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve found less and less time to curate my own playlists and mixes. So I appreciate people like you still taking the time to put these things together. This shit slaps

I’ve gotta tell you… this music truly helps! I’m an (almost) 50 year old Mom of two teens… with Adult ADHD. I get ‘stuck’ all the time. If I can’t bust out of my doom scrolling paralysis I listen to Jason’s music and it really helps give me the motivation to get my housework/dinner/whatever done! Good stuff 👍🏻
  • Ohhhh. This is where it's at! ADHD has been kicking my butt lately, and my usual focus music hasn't been working, neither have house/techno playlists. This is IT.
  • I was stuck on a head for more than an hour and I was just sitting in front of my laptop and this video popped out. Guess what? I jumped and got out of that stage and of course I see my options to solve the problem. Now I am smiling, if you reading me, smile now too :D The universe sent you to me. Thanks.
  • I love mixes like this which manage to be energising and mellow simultaneously. Perfect for easing into the day's tasks, especially if like me you're allergic to mornings.
  • @ClaireFirley

Jason Lewis I now have a bachelor's degree and I am almost done my masters thanks to you and your music. I got diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s and I have always had to fight my brain to cooperate. Your music helps bridge the gap and connect me to my potential. THANK YOU
  • I agree with "These tones have helped me with my ADHD sooooooo much! They are a perfect balance of consistency and change so that my brain doesn't get distracted but also doesn't get bored. " Thank you so much

Pianist here with not much time to practice as I work on my degree. I live vicariously through your music! So many lovely interludes in your work. Love it so much! 1:51:51 is both hopeful and delightfully melancholy.

Ahhh here we go again jason! It's been 24-25 weeks still going strong bumping to isochronic tones. I'm addicted but in a good way. For some reason I have a weird urge to watch teenage mutant ninja 🐢 now listening to this 3hr track. Thanks again for keeping me sane and happy with Adderall tunes! 🌌🙏🏼💯

I've found out that in order for me to get some quality study time in I need to do it in the morning. So when i get up at 4:15 AM to start reading I've been puttin this mix on for a long time. The part between 6:24 and 8:50 is just making my day every time I hear it.
