• Red bell peppers -1 Pc
• Carrots -1 Pc
• Unsalted butter -3 Tbsp
• Flour -2 Tbsp
• Milk -500ml
• Pasta -400g
• Mozzarella cheese -300g
• vegetable oil
• Spices and seasonings of choice
