I documented the first 100 days of yoga transformation so I can show myself how far I have come along whenever I feel like quitting. Starting something new can be a daunting step to take. After 6 years of having zero physical exercise I decided to start practicing yoga again like I have always wanted to.

If you ever ask the question, how do I start exercising? Or how do I start doing something new? Or more importantly, how do I overcome the fear of starting something outside of my comfort zone? I hope this video would help add a little steam to your boat towards your dream state of being.

"I have visualised my ideal self long enough, it is time to start showing up as her" I actually really needed to hear that. Thank you.
  • Such a gentle but inspiring video. 'Start becoming that person you've always wanted to become.' That made me cry a little :')
  • When I was younger I never had a problem with starting. Being consistent and finishing however, was a different story. I made a list of all the thing I haven't completed and working on them. It feels amazing and actually quite addictive.

This is such a powerful statement: "Being free of self-judgment made this thing a whole lot easier, and a lot more enjoyable as well." Thank you for making this video and sharing it with us. It's very inspiring and makes me want to give yoga another go. I always gave up too soon (too difficult, too stiff, can't do this, and all that BS that I catch myself saying all day). It's time to just start doing a routine and not beat myself up about it because it's not perfect. Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm going for 1% improvement at a time and enjoying the journey instead of focusing on only the destination. 🙏

"I have visualized my ideal self for long enough, I think it's time to start showing up as her." This really hits home for me. Thank you. 🥺🙏🏽💕

I just started crying half way through this...I have a 8-month old, I used to be so fit and do yoga every day. I feel so weak now, exhausted every second...I find it hard to imagine getting back into a fitness routine. It was so helpful for my mental health disorder. You're video reminded me of that feeling of starting out and also gave me some hope that no matter how long it takes, I can always get back into it. thank you

I’m also doing yoga for 3 weeks now and every little step that takes me go further makes me so happy 😍🎉

"Being free of self-judgment made this thing a whole lot easier, and a lot more enjoyable as well." That part hit me really hard... I am always expecting perfection and great results of everything I do, you could say that I am not really nice with myself most of the time and is something that I need to fix ASAP
  • I started doing yoga for two weeks straight and I can already FEEL and SEE the difference. Every time I’m done with the practice I feel fresh and energized, I’ve also become more flexible and be able to hold hard poses for longer! I’m glad this changed your life for the better❤️

I cried watching this. “Something from deep within me said to start.” This voice spoke to me too and this video came at the right time. Thank you for sharing, so many of us needed it! 💜

I didn't know such short time as 100 days could make such a huge difference, thank you so much for inspiration!

This was really powerful. I have been hesitant to start and I feel you gave me the right reason to hold on "just focus on whats going right for you" . Thank you so much!

I wasn't searching for the message in your video today - but it is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much for sharing.

After experiencing a very stressful day, your video has brought me to tears and inspired me. Thank you!
  • @jaelisKU
you voice things in such a clear way and it makes so much sense

Thank you. I needed to see this today. I committed to a daily practice almost 2 weeks ago. It is very difficult as I have little strength and am 20 lbs overweight right now. I’m trying to envision what one year from now looks like. I really hope I can get there. I appreciate this beautiful video.
  • Thank you! You have no idea how refreshing and relatable this video was for me. I’m so grateful for your before and after videos. I really want to get into yoga and I struggle with being consistent but this video motivated me to focus on the act that I’m actually doing it rather than how awful I am at it today.
  • congrats for your transformation and for sharing! 💜 we always see how good are others at what great they doing but we don't know how much time they work and struggle with themselfs to get there! I think it's very important to know the stories behind each transformation to not be expected to be perfect from the beginning! Thanks for sharing and showing the transformations ,it means a lot for us !

This video is so validating! So much of what you've shared, I've thought about too. I'm learning that nonjudgment, a fous on the current action rather than the outcome, and alignment with my highest self are keys to self-improvement and discipline. I'm learning to ground myself in these values as I navigate my own fitness journey and efforts to pick up new hobbies/skills.
