This video felt very helpful, and honestly it did connect wit me on an emotional level bc my eyes are getting watery as I type this. Lately I'm being listening to u and it helps my soul to calm down, when I'm alone I do feel some sort presence but I'm doing my best to stay calm.. this video really felt uplifting, I've been working out, saying things tht will come to me, and trying to mediate.
