21 Month Post-Op Update // Bariatric Surgery in Mexico | My Gastric Bypass Journey

2022-09-14に共有
Time keeps moving forward, we're already in September, and it's time for the 21 month post-op update. I'm stressed. What's new? But is it derailing my progress? I certainly am stress-eating, which is something I really need to work on and will probably be a life long goal of mine to get control over. But there's also been a lot of progress, too!

I had RNY Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Rodriguez Lopez.

  • I like the outfits of the day idea. Appreciate all the updates and you look amazing!
  • Thank you for your channel I getting my bypass on Oct 10 I am little nervous,
  • Congrats!. I am at 23 months post op. (RNY). I still stress eat, but I am more mindful of it and of course, I cannot eat that much food. I also find that the taste of food is back to normal. I worry about getting back into bad eating habits, but for now I keep myself in check. I like the outfits of the day idea as well. Always looking for clothing ideas!!
  • You look great!!! My surgery is the 28th. thank you for your videos.
