    Thank you so much for this meditation! I have been listening to it daily, sometimes multiple times. It has made a shift for the better in my attitude, and in my interactions with others. It is helping me manage depression/anxiety greatly. I reached the 28 day mark, but I'm going to continue listening daily due to the positive effects of listening. It also helps alleviate my fear.   • I have major depressive disorder and anxiety I've been in a really really bad depressive episode for weeks crying a lot When you said smile I almost instantly felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders I hope this wasn't a fluke I hope this really helps me I will continue to listen thank you from the bottom of my heart

    I’m struggling to feel happy lately. I struggle to feel anything at times.I was put on SAM-e a few years back, which stabilised my moods, but now I just feel flat. I also had a TBI in 2016 which changed my personality and I can’t seem to laugh much or be happy for long. I’m told I don’t have a sense of humour. I’ve just listened to this for the first time, and will do it now for 28 days, hoping it can help me.
