I did just want to mention though that during Jins introduction you said he wasn't much older so the age thing wasn't a big deal....but in Korea and in a lot of other Asian countries it doesn't matter if you are only 5 days older. Age is a big deal when it comes to respect in Asian countries. Just wanted to throw that out there

With Jungkook, Koreans count age differently (its like the year you were in ur mothers womb plus that year your in), so 15 would actually be 13. JK joined Bighit when he was 13

They are equally all handsome. Every so g they sang is amazing. To react to all it would be great and take along time. They debuted in 2013 and still active but taking break to do some solo stuff. You mentioned that they didn't list Rock in the genres they have done but JHope has just release a knew solo album Jack In the Box. It has Rock. Check it out also he was at Lallapalooza in Chicago US and headlined it. Had 105,000 in attendance and his live show rocked. BTS throws the best live Concerts but damn JHope put it all out there. I am OT7 they all are wonderful and unique in their own ways their voices as well. Again great reaction.

great reaction, just a quick note though, 1) they weren’t youtubers, their variety shows aren't on youtube (except for the last episode but that's a new development) but on an app called vlive (new ones are on weverse) 2) age is a big deal on most parts of asia, korea included so yeah, even though their age difference doesn't seem like much for them it is, that's why jin being so laid back with it it's important 3) someone not being fluent in a language doesn't mean they can't speak it or understand it, it literally just means that they don't have the fluency of a native speaker

Just to clarify about Jungkook's age when he said he joined at 15 he joined at 13. Korean age is different than international age... you are 1 when you are born and every new year so on January 1st everyone gains 1 year.. so everytime they mention an age you can do minus -2. For example V was born on December 30th,1995 so he was 1 and then on January 1st 1996 he turned 2. So he was 2 years old Korean age but 3 DAYS old international age. They actually recently decided to only keep international age in Korea and stop with the Korean age system but I guess it's gonna take a bit of time for Koreans to adjust.

Every K-pop groups has their own fandom name.. Blackpink = Blinks, Straykids = Stay, Twice = ONCE, BTS = ARMY, etc.. For BTS (BangTan Seonyondan), the fandom name is ARMY which mean Adorable Representative M.C for Youth.. Age is very important in Asia.. In Korea, Korean males who are older need to be address as hyung (older brother)..Eventhough they only have one or two year difference, they still need to address him as a hyung.. thats why you see RM call Jin hyung.. In K-pop, it's not a new thing for members to have their own solo songs while they are in a group.. Every BTS members have their own solo songs and they are helping each other while doing it.. If you want to speak during a BTS reaction (which we love), then it’s cool to pause what you are watching - some Army can get upset if you talk over the video you are watching, and they also get upset if they think you are missing out on what is on screen or being said on the video…🤷‍♂️😂 But you should do whatever you like to do, we are here, and your channel will grow, because you are authentic and real. Hello from Mexico. The MMAs are similar to the Grammys in Korea and the MAMAs in Asia. The daesang are the main awards, these two installments have 4. BTS was the first group outside of the Big3 to win a daesang in both installments and to take all 4 in a single night in both. In the case of That That, Suga only wanted to produce a song for Psy, he sent him the instrumental proposal and then they met; together they made the lyrics, in the end Suga was convinced by Psy to rap, appear in the MV and dance. In the case of BTS, the 7 were born with many artistic and personal talents, which they have developed and perfected during their training and career. In diverse comments from Bang PD, he has shown that's always looking for natural talent, it isn't necessary that they have already developed it (that is what training is for); It's not about creating idols but about developing artists with talent and passion so that they really connect with people. In BTS he brought together 7 voices with different types, registers, tonalities and ranges with their own styles. Which also makes it a different group. The strict Korean beauty standards were already mentioned to you, companies usually select as trainees those who meet or come close to them, even operate their artists. Big Hit didn't force them to undergo surgery, at first the rappers were heavily criticized for being far from those standards. BTS is a family. They joined the company at different years (international age): RM (16), Suga (17), and J-Hope (16) in 2010; Jin (18), Jungkook (13) and V (15) in 2011; Jimin (16) at the beginning of 2012. Since they weren't from Seoul, they all left their homes and went to live in the company's dormitory (at first with many trainees, already selected to debut they were sent to a small apartment). So most of them graduated from high school already there, Jungkook had it since middle school.
