[3.17] Minion Hydrosphere testing (SPOILER: It still works)

In 3.17 GGG were supposed to nerf hydrosphere making it invulnerable for 1 sec after it gets hit. This seems to be working as intended. If you hit hydrosphere with a spell, melee attack or a bow attack it will become invulnerable and you can't hit it again for 1 sec. However, due to classic GGG spagetthi coding minion attacks don't trigger hydrosphere vulnerability.
So minions can still splash from it.

could something like tempest shield trigger the hydrosphere to go on cooldown?

May I know if you need 'melee splash support' to invoke the 'mechanism' or if it's just 'melee attack'?
