I want to show you the easiest way to clear a sewer blockage that I've ever come across. Owning multiple income properties, I have come across my fair share of sewer backups and blockages. Oddly enough, a friendly Roto-Rooter employee showed me the bladder method for clearing blockages. I'm here to say that I've cleared 30-40 blockages using a bladder. This has saved me thousands of dollars over time and should be in your toolbox. It's fast, easy and cheap to use, and will work over and over again.

Praise Jesus. It worked 💪. I bought a drain bladder from a local hardware store. Returned home to insert the bladder into sewer pipe. It worked. The most difficult part was ensuring the bladder is routed toward the sewer instead of back into the house

I'm on a septic system and started hearing a gurgle from the kitchen sink drain. pulled the service cap off the septic tank and found it was ready to be emptied. Figured that must be causing the problem. Had that done and the next thing we knew the toilets were backing up. Did a little research and found there is a blockage in the pipe to the tank. Tried putting a small nozzle down the cleanout pipe outside but nasty things were coming back up. My suspicion was right, had a block at the tank. Called a plumbing service and they wanted 425.00 + to come out. And that would be in 2-3 days. Thank God for this video! Went to the big box store and picked up a bladder, came home, stuck it in the pipe as directed in this video and in 5 min all was golden! Try it! You'll like it! My wife and I sure did! We love saving money! Thank you soooo much for this video!

Tried this today and it removed the blockage in my main line! Professional company wasn't able to remove the blockage a week ago and still charged me 700$ and was pressuring me to get them to dig a whole new leach field. Thank you for this video!

I used a rag towel to hold the hose onto the sewer line, and let the water pressure to do the job. Same mechanism, and it works.

This work for me today. I put a metal string inside the water hose so I could bend the pipe to the shape that I need and it was easy job.

  • Yep, I've bought the big one and the smaller one for kitchen drains. I've probably saved thousand's of dollars. This thing is a life-saver! Very good info!
  • Wow sir, I cannot thank you enough, had a clogged house trap on a very old home. You’re a lifesaver, had no idea this existed…. You’ve got a new subscriber!!!

Thanks for sharing this. I watched the video while I was lying in bed. I woke up this morning and headed to the big orange store. This helped clean my clogged main line. My septic tank filter also needed to be cleaned which I did as well. Thanks for helping out homeowners that like to fix things ourselves. 🎉
  • Ive used it many times. Very effective. Particularly good for TP jams. A note on the comments. The pressure isnt that intense to cause damage. If it become detached it deflates and a router rooter can clear it
  • I am a plumber of 43 years and have use these a half dozen times with great results.
  • Yes!! I went to Home Depot and bought a drain blatter and it completely worked! It took about 3 tries at different distances down in pipe, god sent tool, can’t thank this video enough for informing me about this amazing tool! Thank you!!!!!

I wanted to come back on here and say that this is worthy every penny!!!!! I seen this video last week and the plumber wouldnt ever return my call. So I went to amazon to give this a try. Cost me 16 bucks! Anyways I've had bad issues with clogs for years at this house I rent. The bladder showed up today and I set it all up put it in about 2 feet and let it run for 10 mins boom!!! No more clog. No more tub filling up with water or toilet not wanting to hardly flush! Buy it!!!! What we would go days dealing with waiting for a plumber this took 10mins
  • @Neilz483
Came across your vid and gave this a try. A quick trip to homedepot and 20bucks later, my problem was solved! Thanx for taking the time to make this post. It worked for me. Main sewage line was clogged. Plunger and 6ft auger deal wasn’t getting it. This little thing here did the trick. Only took about 5-10mins. Back in business and probably saved a couple hundred bucks having to call a plumber.
  • @saxonfan

  • @mics1694
It works! The plumber quoted $185. I bought this attachment at lowes for $21. It was simple and easy. Took me less than 10 minutes.
  • @bigrut54
