What I did for my canopy was hang tarps with bungee cords to the canopy frame. You can come half way down to let a breeze in or all the way down. Reflective side out helps keep it cool, and you could set up a fan. Just DO NOT leave with it set up. That is when a strong gust will wreck it! Been there done that! ❤❤

You asked about something for the floor under your canopy, how about stable mats? Most farm supply stores sell them. And they come in lots of sizes and thicknesses. It might be a cheaper option than what the camper store might sell.

Check your local feed stores. They sell rubber stall mats that last for years and grass doesn't grow through them.
