  • Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. Hope this helps! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach ❤

Be and get more curious about their outcome then your sense of self or how you present. Thank you!!

Putting the client's need above your own need and image is a good point!

I have never heard someone say having a human experience qualifies you to engage in another human experience in the context of coaching. It is true. It is undeniable.. what a simple yet powerful truth. This takes off the pressure. And it is refreshing to be reminded of.. a coach musn't be a know it all & present him/herself as a guru. Being present - being interested & curious in getting my clients their desired results is at the heart of passionate coaching. Thank you <3 - Kiki
  • I really enjoyed this video, and I have a few takeaways that I want to share. 1. My reminder of my WHY? never forget my purpose and why I want to coach in the first place. 2. It's all about my client and not me, take interest in helping them out and getting them to their desired outcome.
  • Thanks for your awesome coaching on how to coach and addressing underlying emotions !
  • You are just terrific. I learn so much from you It's unbelievable!!! What I learned from you today is invaluable, I will use this information throughout my coaching career (I'm not finished with my course yet - March 3 - final exam). But what I really like (besides liking it all) is that I was worried that I wouldn't look sophisticated as I thought I needed to be, because after all, I'm just me - a spot in this world. I have a heart as big as the universe when it comes to helping others. I truly do care about all people and their suffering or uncomfortableness but I didn't think that was enough because I didn't think I was what my family or society might think I should look like. So I was scared for when I meet my first client. I kept thinking that "What if the client looks at me and they think "Oh, she doesn't know anything". That was my fear, but after listening to this video I know (and I have to remind myself) that they will pick up more on the message I'm sending them is that I'm here for them and that my whole heart is helping them. Like you said I don't have to be a guru or anyone like that - because honestly I really don't want to be that. If I could afford to take your courses I would but I have to get back to work. But also this is the purpose God gave me. He told me that I must go out and the show is love, not so much as in what I say but using myself as a tool to show others God's love. And my clients will know that. So you reminded me that that's what is important for the client - they know that I care and honestly want to help them. Thank you so much Alit, I think God meant for our paths to cross.
  • Thank you! This helped a lot with new clients. Been coaching for 7 years now and it was really helpful! Specially the last part!

  • I loved the idea to ground before a session. I might create a checklist for myself.
