I call Oakland PD to report my car stolen ,got hung out twice before I got someone on the line .it’s took 1 1/2 hour to get them on the line .worse experience I ever dealt with.

I had to close my business in San Francisco after being mugged a few times while taking cash to the ATM after work. Then, I moved to Oakland, but crime drove away my customers, forcing me to close there too. Now, I have to work for someone else and rely on food stamps to survive. This has happened over many years, and I'm just exhausted. I wish I could afford to leave California.

It's the incompetence leadership in Oakland that is responsible for something like this. So shameful. I used to prefer to fly from Oakland but now I would drive a little distance to fly from SFO if possible.
