Joshua Roberts, like thousands of others across the country, perform what’s known as a First Amendment Audit where citizens armed with cameras show up in public places to record. They’re there to test whether government employees and law enforcement understand the public’s rights to record in public places.

When the cop interviewed him he was putting the answers into his mouth. As a cop you don't ask a question and say the answer. Unless you're trying to help them get away with it. The experts call that corruption..
