UAE floods caused is cloud seeding. Cloud seeding forcibly takes away rain from surrounding areas. This accelerates floods, dryness, forest fires, droughts, and deserts. Several military countries around the world also use weather weapons to create disasters in enemy countries and cause climate change. Man - made weather weapons and Man - made disaster weapons are violations of international military law. Countries that use them should be subject to sanctions, compensation, and strict monitoring. World should green the desert and increase forests to make it rain naturally.

Has people "forgot" about the machines they have to create clouds?? This is definitely something we've had for years, along with the cloud seeding tech. So him trying to cover up the fact you "can't make clouds" is making everything he says a lie..

I'm sorry did the narrator not say (2:50 - 3:32) " But environmental and ethical concerns have ignited debate.....Silver Iodide is TOXIC....!! If rain is "artificially" produced and esp for agricultural purposes then wouldn't the toxicity still be present in whatever is being produced in those agriculture fields? Would that not be harmful for human consumption?
