The American media would never show this side of Iraq, let alone the fact that black people live there in harmony. All we see is a war-torn country. Thank you, BDT, for opening our eyes.
  • As an Iraqi it’s good to see our black Iraqi brothers. We are all one family 🫶🏻

As an Iraqi from Baghdad I love all my Black Iraqis from the bottom of my heart ❤ some of the nicest people 🇮🇶
  • I was surprised to meet Black Chinese working at an Amusement Park in ShenZhen (special economic zone) of China. Called Windows of the World. Dark like me with woolley hair!! They did speak English, Mandarin & their own tribal language. They approached me because I had braids & they did not know how to braid or twist their own hair. 2 males & 1 female about 25-28 yrs old. I had a water bottle and Queen Helene coco butter lotion in my travel bag. Sat each one down individually and braided two and twisted the female's hair. Gorgeous, healthy full heads of hair about shoulder length. I taught the lady how to braid on the spot in 15 mins. A wonderful experience for them, but an eye opening humble experience for ME!! Just friendly, informative and brotherly love all around!! This was amazing!!

  • American here. I've never had a problem with Iraq or their people. It's a beautiful country with a beautiful history and I love the people. I don't love what my government has done in your country and as you know, the government is run by people who do not look like me and does not speak on my behalf. One Love!

I deployed to Iraq twice. The Iraqi ppl are AMAZING and are very hospitable.
  • This video brought happy tears to my eyes because I am a 3 time combat vet and in my two tours to Iraq I have never met more beautiful people. I have always said middle easterners love harder, have more respect and are far more rich in spirit than any other culture in the world. Glad to see this vid
