Thanks for this. I often wonder about who both the "functionary" and "Axelrod" are. The audible version of the book has a great narrator which really brings the story to life.

The Axelrod story is a trippy one. Regarding the RV about this, it is weird that the attention of the R Viewers was attracted only to the UFO situation and not to the Jet used by Axelrod to transport Ingo Swann. This jet landed once on some bumpy acre in the middle of the night and so softly that didn’t even wake up Ingo S., who was having a nap during the flight. This is not possible with jet propulsion.

Ingo Swann most certainly first experienced OOBEs in Scientology as do most. A remote viewer found L. Ron Huddard was shown Toth material prior to writing Dianetics.

Wasn't the guy you looked into with regards to the Skinwalker Ranch phenomenon also named Axelrod?? I know you say this is pseudonym for the purposes of this target, but it's just weird the name Axelrod appears with regards to two targets like this - it's not a very common name, after all. Unless i"m completely wrong. But i seem to remember the name Axelrod being the individual's name in the Skinwalker Ranch Hellfire Project. I revisited it just the other day.....
