The Biden campaign expects it will only raise 25% of big donor money projected for July, according to a source. This comes amid growing calls for the president to step down. New York Times political correspondent Teddy Schleifer joins Chris Jansing to discuss reporting that megadonors are plotting to change Biden's mind.

So crazy that money is an issue within debates at all. Imagine a world with no ads …just two men come on stage both for a half an hour …both plead their cases and people simply vote . That would be a level playing field of which the American people will never experience. Ever.
