I finish my aluminum mini jet boat and get it ready to take on rapids. Unfortunetly getting second hand jetski parts is a huge gamble so stay tuned to see if this pays off..

You might consider teaching your sister to weld. You could mount the part tack it in and she could finish it out while you move on to another place. She does a great job filming, I'll bet with some practice she could be a valuable asset!!

I love how you just go at it and cut and weld shit up and make stuff the way you want
-
I enjoy your content because its relatable. Its pretty cool how much you get done in the space you have. Keep it up my man 🤘

I just turned my 16 foot jon boat into a tournament bass fishing boat. Been having a blast on it! It's a cheap build and I already got people asking me to build them one, I can turn enough profit to build even more and/or nicer ones quickly. Cheers!

Make SURE you ground that gas tank to the hull, and install a blower. The foam isolators are good but create a high risk of static arcing without a good ground strap. Don't forget a blower system. Looks like fun already! Also the washers on the thru hull connections need to be 316 stainless.

Didn't catch you mentioning putting in a blower to vent your engine compartment. Since you're planning to close the engine compartment, it's highly recommended to install a blower too to vent any gasoline fumes. Jetskis don't make a use of blowers, but still recommending pulling the seat to vent the bilge before starting the engine.

You might think about putting some flotation in the front , sides and maybe even in the engine if you can. Also make sure you put a bulge pump that can pump fast.. You definitely want a windshield as a jut boat can almost submarine if you jump waves or spin it fast. You will also want a kill switch on a bracelet and a dry cell battery as you will be bouncing hard on this thing.

You may want to think about adding 2 steering cables, 2 pulling, 2 pushing. Your just totally reliant on the steering to work especially at speed as you've not got a rudder. If 1 cable breaks, locks up or comes loose your kinda boned where as if you have one cable on each side of the jet direction nozzle then your covered in the case of failure. . Either way, Great work as usual.

Nice job on sandblasting the aluminum 😂 Now wait for the trolls to come out ….😂😂😂😂

Love this man me and my cousin build stuff in his shed in the yard love how you never forgot where you came from even if you get as big as vgg and have a whole shop your still relatable because it makes it even better to see you go from the bottom to the top keep grinding brotha love the content

Just a heads up to any one thinking of building any thing aluminum, always weld in a much larger reinforcement plate before welding in the motor mount bracketry and mounts...

Another awesome episode, Vasily. Can't wait to see the next update on this tub!!! And, awesome music throughout the show. 'Preciate ya !!!

Total respect how much quality work you get done in the summer heat. What we years ago in south GA used to call 90-90s. Over 90 degrees and over 90%. I'd lose focus welding in that LOL.

This thing is gonna be dope!

Every boat has a name. You should name this the "Spicy Zila" in honor of a great welder!
-
You'll figure it out man.. awesome job so far.. keep it up brother

This is cool. Gives me some ideas for the literal wall of rotax 583-670 engines i have from my years building/swapping honda oddyseys and pilots. What else can i do with all these sled engines in an area where it doesn't snow. Im on the chesapeake bay in Southern Maryland so a little boat sounds fun.
