  • Harmony, beauty, mindfulness. I am observing every single mouvement trying to learn the whole form as unique sequence. I am 88 years old, but I hope it's never to late for learning. Thanks, Master Helen Liang.

Helen is the most beautiful Taichi performer I have ever seen! From her performance, I can not only see the gesture, but also feel the movement of the Qi. The moving meditation, I love it!

Pure perfection, one of the most graceful and true to form performances of Taichi I've every seen.
  • Observe how easily she opens all of her joints. That is the mark of a good practitioner regardless of what form she is doing. My teacher knows her father, and everything he's told me about Liang Shou Yu tells me he is top notch as a teacher and practitioner. Even though I do Chen style, I think this is excellent. Thank you for posting this video.

I have been aware of Helen since 2003. Her dedication to her path shows in every video I have ever watched. I have shared her videos with my wife and daughter as inspiration. I was so glad to hear that even cancer could not stop her. Many more blessings to Helen and her path of practice and teaching💮

So graceful and beautiful.  This is the first time I've seen it done this way.  Thank you for posting this.

I'm new to Tai Chi and came across this video amongst several others. Helen's elegance and presence was so captivating I purchased the how to beginning streaming videos (using Vimeo). I've just spent the last 1.5 hours watching and being taught, step by step, a few of the forms. I'm elated with Helen's teaching style. Being able to use Vimeo from laptop or TV is awesome (I no longer have a DVD player). I used a mirror to help me coordinate properly with her right and left side instructions. And now, I've just read several comments and am even more delighted in choosing Miss Liang!

She is indeed wonderful. I am a 78 year old geezer, and the 24 movement Taiji is just about the only martial art form I can still do on a daily basis. I am not in the same universe as Ms. Liang as far as the quality of the movements is concerned.
  • I practice daily, and I love it when I get to my levels of higher Chi achievement, only whenever you're free for a quick Chi balance measurements of greatness it feels as if though your having a great time with the essences and elements because it is the best thing that has happened to me before the end of the work I used to have. I love it and it will be the same as the one in the picture of my Tai Chi Yeung performance in reviewing the oldest Martial Arts of China I've ever came to thoroughly enjoy!
  • i do old chen style (long form) but i have to say that also the 24 bejing yang form is a very nice form - it's very different and focused more on the soft elements of taiji. after getting to know the spiral movements externally and mirrored internally in the dan tien from chen style the 24 yang style also feels different doing it now compared to doing it as a beginner before doing chen style. i like this kind of mixture. ( and of course it's very nice to see it done by such a beautiful lady :-) )
