  • the argument for magnus being the greatest chess player of all time becomes stronger with every tournament he plays in, but this was truly a special one
  • @user-uc7qb1su4e
The fact that Wei Yi finished only half a point behind Carlsen who has so much more experience and won every game is crazy. Both were far ahead of the rest.
  • @kamerona
The way Magnus comes back from bad days to completely dominate is just incredible.
  • Magnus’s greatest enemy is his own disinterest. He needs competition or he just gets bored.
  • The Magnus quote just makes it crystal clear. There’s levels to this. Magnus is on a level above everyone else.
  • There was no way Magnus was going to lose this game. Man played b4 twice!!
  • @Known683
This is why Magnus is the GOAT. GOAT in all format. Don’t even compare these kids to the GOAT
  • @lp1926.guitars
"A super GM tournament is a tournament where lots of players rated over 2700 play lots of games and then Magnus wins". Don't remember who said this (and how accurate the quote is) but you get it. It's absurd how much better than everyone else Carlsen is
  • @tychoMX
    26/27 games ?!😮 Just bonkers.
  • Scores like that are really impressive because Wei Yi with the white pieces only had to draw to secure 1st place, and one assumes he knew it. So congratulations to Magnus Carlsen for the win, and for Wei Yi for playing fighting chess with the tournament on the line.
  • Magnus actually got 14 wins in a row last time. 9 wins in the same day, and 5 in the next day
  • @musamula3709
Magnus showing Alireza how to farm big, playing real strong super GMs and winning 10 in a row
  • @ernakopmak5373
Magnus already a beast, then he turns into "Super Magnus" to obliterate everyone with a win streak
