  • If you choose criminals for friends, don't expect much compassion when things go bad. That's my public service message.

She had 16 prior convictions on her criminal record. She got 7 1/2 years.

38 years old? Wow, she doesn’t look a day over 60.
  • @TalkingHands308
Imagine being 38 and still shoplifting like you're a teenager... Get a job ffs...

Sadly society has lost a model citizen. She will be missed by her parole officer and social services
  • @BusyAir
Everyone responsible for letting these criminals back onto the streets deserve to take their place in prison.

I work in retail and I've been saying this for the past 5 years. If you allow shoplifting to continue to go unchallenged it WILL escalate to more violent crime.

Life means nothing to these folks. They will splatter you on their bumper and then get released from jail same day. But God forbid you accidentally bump or even look at them. They freak out and threaten your life
  • @MrBikercat
how do you "bond out" someone who just killed another person? the justice system stinks in this country. no sympathy for criminals. even the dead one.
  • @msledyog2176
The passenger didn't get charged with shoplifting. The driver bailed out after killing her "friend". Wow, the justice system is horrible.
  • @hawk2291
So sad. What happens to her 8 children? This is where the father really has to step up.
  • This justice system is a joke how can you let someone like that bail out the next day!?
  • @chrissnyder5931
Justice served.. this probably never would have happened if shoplifters were prosecuted and thrown in jail. It's a way of life for some people.
  • @elvisjerrylee
Instantly went from shoplifter to speedbump!!!! :eyes-pink-heart-shape:
  • @blue_moon6490
Damn. With friends like that, you don’t need enemies.
  • @liduck52
They valued the stolen goods more than their friends life.
  • she had enough money to bond out but not enough to pay for the goods that cost a life?

Don't ever trust your criminal friends in such a situation. If it is the difference between getting caught and escaping, they will choose the escape, even if it means taking you down in the process.
